Hi
Thank you so much for your work. Love this paint Portuguese AF of PMDG DC-6 but running P3Dv4 got this moving wave effect on tail and lower fuselage.

Best Regards

yes, I have that too, no idea where that comes from. The DC-6 is the only aircraft with that problem.
Anybody else any suggestions?

That might be a problem with the shadowing config of P3D and the spec maps. I've seen that on my own efforts lately.
Is it still visible after moving the shadow quality slider into any other direction?

Your repaints are awesome, Jan-Kees, if I may add. Thank you for sharing all this.

Cheers,
Mark

why, thank you!

in that case I'd better show you what's coming:

and another DC-6, but no pics yet..

Another classy collection Jankees. :applause:
I do like the subtle weathering and slight shine you get in your repaints.
You always manage to add depth and dimension to the aircraft in question.
Kudos.

Stunning repaints Jan Kees! You are really tempting me with your DC-6 repaints.
At around $100 Canadian, the PMDG 6 would be my most expensive aircraft purchase to date (not including my real one)
A little hard to justify when one can download the incredible MJ C-47 for $0!
I’ll exercise a little self control, for now......

Thanks again for all of your efforts!

Cheers, Bernard

Simply WOW, mate. Those look so real - those are no paints, this is digital art!
May I ask how you guys are getting those models flying aside? Are you using any special programme for? That's veeeery interesting!!!!
