JRL_EW_Heinkel 280 version 3

We have three versions (two prototypes and one operational plane) with an enhanced airfile and a non operational VC (the 2D panel obviously works well). I am always enhancing the flight model to get a realistic performance. This is the third (and I hope final) version.
