some other highlights for me included, probably the last time i'll see a VC10 in the flesh, the Britling Connie, a lovely French Mirage F1 in special colours and a fantatsic display from the Polish Mig 29, but why could'nt they bring one over from the north side to the static for us to have a look at, and the weather was great, first time in 5 years :mixedsmi:
cheers ian

Some lovely pictures there Ian, looks like it was a classic RIAT ... definitely classic RIAT weather, that's for sure.

Was there any sign of the Greek reprobate, or did you manage to stay out of trouble?

Nice pics Ian! That An-2 visited the Dutch show last month as well, wonder if it's doing a tour of Europe before returning home maybe?

Great photos Ian, if you saw a nutter go whizzing by on a pushbike in a bright blue shirt and with Ray-Bans on it was likely me... was up at Green section all days Saturday and Red section all day Sunday...

and what goes on in them Hangars, well.... that's a secret-ish but i'm sure i could shed a little light once i trawl through the 900 or so total photos i took... :icon_lol:

...as for the Greek EMB-145 AEW&C yeah i did take a look inside but was only a passing look as i was not on a break at the time... lovely aircraft, great crew and an open invite to Elefsis AB... :wiggle:
