When you open CFS2 Mission Bldr. the default scenery local is the central Solomons. Anyone know what controls that location or if it can be changed?

It seems to me someone made an add-on or such for mission builder to change the theater, I'm pretty sure it's in the library, possibly in the utilities section?

Ok, found it on the first page of the CFS2 Utilities Add-ons, the file name is as follows: Qpareas update v13.zip
