Hi Roger,

That's just a result of recording the video using Fraps (recording software). There is an option for hiding/displaying the mouse pointer.

This is probably a dumb question but........ why I the cockpit siding higher on the starboard side than the port side?
 
The late B.8 and PR.9 had an offset fighter type canopy to the port side. British engineering...

Excellent question.

I had to do a little research on this and reach my own conclusion.

Many of the later model Canberras had the entire front end redesigned. I noticed with the Canberra B(I) Mk8 (in one of my reference pictures) that it retained the access door on the Starboard side of the a/c as was designed with all previous versions.

My guess is that they decided to retain the inline canopy on the Port side for the PR9 to maintain design and structural integrity.
