Just Flight Hurricane Display - Coningsby

Here are some screenshots taken of an air test and small display around Coningsby, using one of my favorite Nick Braden repaints on the Just Flight FSX Hurricane Mk.I. I love the slow-flight handling characteristics/qualities of the Hurricane.

Climbing at a near 45-degree angle to keep under the 120-mph gear speed on takeoff.

Great screenshots as always - I've been a fan of the JF Hurricane since day one, and Nick's paints are (I think) the best available for it.

Same here - this is probably about my tenth screenshot post here, by now, featuring this model, since acquiring it when it was originally released.

Prior to Nick's repaint work, I flew it on occasion, but after the release of his repaints over the past couple of years, I've really flown it a lot - I've got more repaints installed for this model than I really wish to count, and they're all fantastic and I try to get use out of each one. Prior to the repainting and eventual crash/destruction in 2007, the restored Hurricane G-HURR, painted in the night fighter scheme (as seen in my screenshots), was my favorite of the flying Hurricanes at the time, so it is really great to have this one in FSX - sort of re-live those days past.

I ALWAYS..... appreciate your displays. Makes you feel like I am right there. (I make my own Merlin sound effects though!) Ha Ha Ha

Nice screenshots!

I also have a repaint of one of Coningsbys resident BBMF Hurricanes, PZ865 (I know the real model is a Mk IIc, but it still looks ok).

I like to fly this model a lot, my favourite Hurricane, also owning the FCS Hurricanes too.

Very nice shots John.

Looked like you were having some fun!

Here's some unedited video footage of a low level aeros/practice display I did a while back at Goodwood, in your P-51D 'Candyman/Moose' from the restored Part 2 pack.

Cheers

Paul

Fantastic flying, Paul, and thank you for sharing that! (I love the sounds too!) That type of flying usually occupies about 90% of my time in FSX, unless I'm taking screenshots.

Thank you all for the your posts and compliments!
