"Just Jane" paint request

Request repaint of "Just Jane" for the FCS version of the Avro Lancaster.

I learned that there are only three Lancs left in the world. Just Jane does taxi demos on a daily basis then parks in hanger.

According to Wikipedia ( and who would dare to doubt that :D) there are still 17 survivors, form which 2 are still airworthy.

Cheers,

Not trying to sound contentious here but I was just going on what I read on the description box on this Youtube video. :) (Once there click on "Show More")

Click on the "Youtube" lower right and this is info that I read:

The centrepiece of our museum is Avro Lancaster NX611 'Just Jane'. NX611 is one of only three working Lancasters worldwide. She taxys most Wednesdays and some Saturdays during the Summer season. Click here to check for dates when the Lancaster is taxying. When she is not taxying she is static in the hangar so you can get a close view of her.

Shame there are only three (or less) left in the world.

At any rate, I am interested in a just jane repaint.

Yep, there are quite a few survivors (especially in Canada). Kermit Weeks even has one in storage crates. Two flyers (one in Canada, the other in the UK), and two ground-runners (one in Canada (FM159), one in the UK (Just Jane)). "JJ" is actually in the process currently of being brought back to flying status to be flown in the next 2-years I believe.

FM212, also in Canada, will be the next example to join the ranks as a ground-running machine, thus making five working examples.

That is good to hear John, I saw where there was ongoing attempt to get a Lanc airworthy and now I am pleasantly surprised to hear this.

I was fortunate to get on board the Lancaster at MOTAT in Auckland NZ in the late 1980s , it was said then , was most original airframe in its amazing condition , nothing had been touched since its retirement with the French AF but for a paint job back to a RAF/RNZAF crewed machine ... only wish digital cameras had been invented back then.

That link takes me to a download that isn't a Lanc:

In my quest/search here for a possible JJ repaint I stumbled on this nugget of info:
