It's going to be my stationary carrier for Case III's with ILS, NDB and VOR. It's Javier Fernandez' freeware mesh and textures now in GMAX and .dds. Michael's will be MUCH prettier!:wave:

If you're looking for fresh "new" navy bases to model, i know 2 or 3 ones over there : Landivisiau LFRJ for exemple :whistle:...
Your work is, for me, the "top class" standard for freeware scenery:applause:

By the way, I see that you enhance the Javier Fernandez's Nimitz to FSX : did you try to code the Acceleration catapult feature?
I can't manage to have more than one catapult working, which is very frustrating!!

Anyone has a suggestion??

Thanks Sylvain. I haven't done the acceleration coding yet. We'll see. I had to chuckle at your avatar. I retired from submarines in 1995. For those who either can't read French (I can't) or have never been exposed to the trueism: "There are only two types of ships: Submarines and Targets."

It's the year I entered in! :icon_lol:
...but only for 2 years ("long" miltary service in the submarines)

I'm now addict to carriers and naval operations...and your sceneries don't really help me to quit
