is it possible to get ai planes to kamikaze attack ships in mission builder?

Yeah there is. The AF_Midway team put something together. You can get it at Simviation at this link: http://www.simviation.com/cfs2aircraft40.htm and it might be available here at the Outhouse as well. It works, not perfectly, but it works.
