Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Didn't see the end of the race, but was happy to see Jeff Gordon win. I guess I'm a Jeff Gordon fan. When the 48 or the 18 wins, or the 99 (tired of the back flip thing), I switch channels. But if the 24 or a new guy wins, I stick around and watch the post race stuff (if I'm awake...) Good to see the Patrick do so well too. She finished 7th, and at one point was 3rd, under green, and not by virtue of green flag pit stops.

Yup definitely great to see Gordon win! :applause:

Danica had an excellent run that was arguably better than all of her Indycar runs.....

I'm glad to see Danica have a good result; the previous race she was up with the front runners at the end, then it appeared as if she 'missed the draft' and got shot right out of the back!

its good to see her coming in to it now..but i feel the same as PBR ,when Lagano, harvick, kurt busch, and a few others are dominating...or even just leading...i lose interest quickly
