Keeping Accleration p51 running

I get the engine running on the p51 but as soon as I get airborn the engine dies.Mixture is set to rich prop pitch set to full and still the engine keeps failing. "Help" what am I doing wrong? Realizm settings are set on hard.

To state some basics, make sure you have fuel and don't over-rev the engine...it's prone to failing if you push the throttle too far.

And don't forget to activate the ADI if you want to push the throttle

Keep all the needles in the green bits of the gauge. There's a massive gap in the rpm range you can't use or the engine will break.

And by pushing the throttle, that means no where near the stop. Keep the MP well under 52 inches if just cruising around.
