Has anyone heard from Kelti recently. I know he had z bad health diagnosis some time ago, but since then....silence.

Anyone?

There was a thread a while back with info. Hoping no news is good news.

Bub and SPman,

I have heard nothing for more than eighteen months, and his email bounced back. Unfortunately, I have to surmise he is no longer with us.

Remembering that Stefano lived near Fidenza and that he had stood as candidate in the local (Fidenza) council election, I did some searching online. I found this brief piece (translated) in the Gazetta di Parma, dated May 2018.There was a photo which looked fairly familiar:

After a long ordeal, at the age of 62, Stefano Denti, candidate for mayor of Fidenza for the Lega Nord in 2004 and subsequently a city councilor (the first, in Fidenza, for the Carroccio) in the last two terms of mayor Massimo Germans and then also that of Giuseppe Cerri. From tem

The heading was:

Addio all'ex consigliere comunale Denti

So it looks, Rami as though you are right.

Sad news indeed. A truly great individual. Rest in peace and have clear skies ahead.

Sad news indeed

Thanks Kelti for for all you gave to SOH community.

You will be missed, but long remembered.

Rest in Peace Kelti.

Kelti's passing is sad news indeed. It was a better world with you in it, Kelti. Happy trails my friend.

Thanks Kelti,

I still apply the 'Kelti-prop principle' to my modelling, every time...so for me he will always be remembered.

Stefano; A good fellow and friend to all of us. He will be missed greatly. I worked with Stefano several times on projects and he was always very helpful and contributing with his nice art work that is greatly appreciated -- as all of his work is.

RIP Stef, I hope you are reunited in peace with your loved ones in the heavens, and thank you for your generosity and friendship while you were here with us.

First I want to thank Ravenna, for taking the research work. It's a pity. He will be missed by our family. Yes, that's what I think. Here there have been many people, who have dedicated, time of their lives, to share it with us. Kelti was one of the many contributors, which will be impossible to replace. Every day I pass by here, just to know what this family is up to. I do not even have the cfs2 installed on this new machine (not so new). Thank you Kelti for your time and dedication.

I suspected as much. I corresponded with him around the time he started having his health issues. then he abruptly stopped responding. He was very sad over the death of his sweetheart about the same time. At least he can be reunited now. I don't know whether to be sad or happy for him now, but I will miss him.

RIP Stefano

Just a thought: Some years ago there was a post showing Stefano, Jagdflieger and Xavier together in a photograph taken somewhere in Liguria. Can that photo be traced and put on this thread?

So sorry to hear that he has passed over.

Rest in Peace Kelti

RIP Stefano... so young... I guess we're all in borrowed time...

Let's make the most of our stay in this world... and leave it a better place....
I just spent one more of my 9 lives... got about 6 left...
