Maybe, just maybe, the people of North Korea will get a chance at a decent life, but I'm not hopeful.

I read somewhere that "Dear Leader" had a huge movie collection. Watch eBay closely for the next couple months. :icon_lol:

Il won't be missed. His youngest son is the heir apparent, we'll see if he takes power, if he does, how long he lasts and what he does with that power.
 
We I am an optimist, this is a change for the people of North Korea, and often chage is a good thing, I am hoping the new "Leader" will be different in a GOOD way!
 
...There's a reason why N. Korea is referred to as the 'Hermit Kingdom.' I imagine his son will have the military advisers call the shots for the most part. Things changing 'for the good' in N. Korea is doubtful. Just more paranoia and insecurity.
 
My prediction for tomorrow; one of the British tabloid newspapers will use the headline "Kim Jong Dead".

Usually you say when somebody like this dies, better the devil you know. In this case, maybe not.
 
Whats next??...An Idiot son,young,and a hard line military,Will be a power grab,......Chemical,radiological.and nuclear weapons...South Korea in Jeopardy...Whats China influence?....All in all just adds to the uncertainty of this world to-day.

What with the Arab Spring turning into a dark deep winter,Iraq not clear.......generally a time of great concern not only for the USA,but all the world!...,and the very wild card..Iran.......This NEW YEAR COMING will have Surprises!
Its the Best of times,and The worst of times!!
