Not too fond of Busch but this has nothing to do with his on track performances, it is a private matter and I'm a male who really detests people who smack any female around.

I read an excerpt from the alleged victim's statement. The incident supposedly happened on September 26, one week after they supposedly broke up. If he assaulted her (put his hand on her face and bashed her head against a wall in his RV three times), why did she wait until early November to file charges? It's been well over a month, any bruises are likely to be healed by now. And she said that it all started because of his poor qualifying at Dover, he was despondent and supposedly said to her that if he had a gun he would shoot himself. It just does not make sense. Perhaps it happened just the way she says, perhaps she is a jilted lover who is looking for revenge and/or money.
