Library problem

I downloaded and extracted JMK_Kagero_V2a and JMK_Landing_ship_No1_V4 2 times each and each time I extracted an empty folder! Anyone else having a problem with these downloads?

The readme doesn't call for it, but the Overhaul_B5N2_KATE extracts as an empty folder too.
