Let-410

This is, indeed, great news! The Let 410 has been a favorite of mine from back in the FS9 days. The textures you shared (in addition to a possible conversion) allow me to enjoy it once again. Thanks much, Ed! :encouragement:

Regards,
Michael

That's great news, Ed! :applause:

Brian
Indeed it is Brian. I have been doing updates to the interior a bit at a time. . .increasing the resolution and converting the Russian Overhead panel to English. I've also done a "what if" livery for United Airlines, which came out every well. Something different for me to kick around in the clouds with.

And here are the first WIP shots of the FSX native ;-)

Brilliant work already!! Great to see her moving ahead. Thank you for your assistance and your expertise. I wish I had the ability to do this myself. . .I am envious of the talent it takes to pull these conversions off.

I'm also trying to learn this, but I'm getting ugly, I open with MCX saved the modified MDL but then it stays invisible in the simulators

Awesome work. I knew there was a RW glass nose version but I was unaware that there was a Sim version as well. I have only seen the version I did a repaint for. At any rate. . .great job Postbaer!! I think Tibor will be very pleased!

Wow that looks great, also unaware of the glass nose version. Looking forward to this, great little aircraft in fs9 so hopefully in FSX + it will be equally as good.

These are some upgrades I've been doing to the interior. Textures sizes are increased for better resolution. . .most labels are now in English (overhead panel_annunciator lights and a few odds and ends elsewhere). Color changes to seats and side panels are specific to the United Airlines livery I did and are contained in that livery folder all other aircraft would draw from the common texture folder.

That looks much better, Ed. :encouragement:
Brian
Thanks Brian. . .something that's needed are a few additional Camera Views. Postbaer is doing a terrific job on the conversion. That reminds me. . .in MCX, when I run the animation slider, both the Crew Door and the Passenger doors open and close. . .however in the Sim, I am unable to get the crew door to open with the normal key strokes. Any suggestions?

Mostly a prob with the [exits] settings in aircraft.cfg.

[exits]
number_of_exits = 2
exit_rate.0 = 0.4 ;Percent per second
exit_rate.1 = 0.4 ;Percent per second

add an additionel Exit

[exits]
number_of_exits = 3
exit_rate.0 = 0.4 ;Percent per second
exit_rate.1 = 0.4 ;Percent per second
exit_rate.2 = 0.4 ;Percent per second

perhaps because the backdoor is divided into two parts.

btw
the new vc textures looking top notch

Now we need "only" working and authentic gauges for P3D4

Thanks for the explanation. . .I'll get the numbers updated in my cfg file.

I take it you've had the airplane in P3D. . .Do any of them work or is it the 64bit problem that plagues them?

After i had spent my complet sunday (ten times of converting the whole model and replacing the doors with ones from other models ),
to find the culprit with the door function of the PWDT_L410UVP model ( all other models works),
i found out that the problem was a gauge ( i don't know which ) in the panel folder
of the PWDT_L410UVP model.
I have replaced the panel against the one from the PWDT_L410UVP-E model,
and voila, all doors opened as they should. :banghead:

I have also tried to replace the unuseable .gau files against the gauges from the
Beech_King_Air, but some gauges are still missing.
Here the result

Work on the left and right panels is close to completion and,at least in the version of the main panels that I have, almost all the gauges work fine. It seems that the engine gauges are the weak spot, so I'm looking for replacements.
