LevelD 767 working with Windows 8/10

Interesting and welcome development! Unfortunately I will have to await the installer version as on my system the Level D installer is completely ignored by W10 64 never mind these files. Hopefully it won't be too long. OK so it isn't PMDG quality but briefly it was the most advanced liner in FS9 & FSX and still of great value. 767's are otherwise thin on the ground (in the context of innumerable 737's and A320's).
