I asked Rob if he would create my favourite midget racer as a personal favour and he agreed. Currently work in progress, Rob will release as N99CW which is preserved at the EAA Air Venture Museum. I will paint 'Little Toni', 'Minnow' and 'Ballerina' in US markings and 'Ballerina' as G-ARUL. 'Litttle Toni' as G-AYRJ and G-BAER 'Filly' will also be covered. I would like to record my grateful thanks to Rob for indulging my whim.

Oh, I remember G-ARUL "Ballerina" from long, long ago. Wasn't it with the Tiger Club at one time? That's one I will be looking out for.

Is that pilot to scale? He looks like a little kid in that plane, which wasn't very big. But it looks great just the same. It will make a nice companion to the Midget Mustang.

That's what I was thinking! (Maybe still W.I.P.?)

Still, a very nice plane, and a welcome addition to FSX!

Thanks Rob & Peter. :applause:

Cheers

WIP!
Your quite right, he/she has not been properly scaled yet.
I do like to have a pilot in place when working on a model albeit one that needs attention.
I lifted him straight out of my Cessna 310!
(come to think of it, that should have made him the right size, both models being to the same scale....)

Spot on David!
Have now finished Ballerina as N22C and G-ARUL. Now to start on 'Little Toni' and 'Minnow'.

Wow !
Normally, I don't really like these small planes, in real life. But that one seems to be a magnificient model ! :applause:

Concerning the scalling remarks, I have to agree. And when I look at the very last screenshot from Rob, it seems the pilot is still a bit too small. This is especially visible when comparing with the balck&white picture above.

... or is it the angle of view perhaps ?

Cockpit probably very claustrophobic - bit like the Hawk Speed Six in its current pre WW2 form. I must admit sitting in a Hunter F6 seemed closed in relative to a T7!

That's looking awesome. Didn't Cox make a line control version of this way back when in the 70's? I've always liked the look and the paint schemes. Great work guys. :)
