LikSki's Champs...

Good quick rendition falcon. If you are having problems with the door, zip the fuselage .psd and post the zip here. I'll fix it for you. The door and tails (af the AC, BC, et al) are the most difficult on LilSki's Champs to align all, it takes some finagling. That's a fine looking Champ tomford, do you have any other close up phots of the interior and exterior? I have LilSki's Champ and Tom's CR1 Champ for FSX in FSX. Tom's has better frame rates. I used the Add-On Converter and made 2048 .dsd textures with Martin's DXTBitmat. But as with all FS9 carry overs, I find that frames rates are lower in FSX. I like flying my Christmas Champ this time of year.

Tom's CR1 Champ exclusively for FSX is butt-cheap and can be found here: http://cr1-software.com/addons/aeronca-champ/

Not sure what you mean by quick rendition. I only used 32bit so that I could view the progress in Fsrepaint. Also I haven't had any problems with interiors or exteriors that I couldn't figure out myself thanks.

Cool Falcon, realize that the door stripe has to be smaller in diameter and up a little higher from the stripe on the main fuselage and nose. All must be aligned. Looking forward to the repaint.

Do you live in Alabama? I lived in Clanton, Alabama, when I owned the champ. The photo I attached was taken at Clanton. Is the champ you rent N3547E? That would be just too cool. Second question: Is that a Citabria that you're sitting in in your avatar?

RD

I do live in Alabama, near Huntsville. My EAA Chapter (190) is out of Moontown. The Champ is NC82984. And the photo is in the 2002 Citabria Adventure (7GCAA) owned by Acro Air at Madison County Exec. That's the plane that I did (most) of my primary training in. We have got an amazing variety of rentals available here in North Alabama!
