Linux Config Override Issues

If theres anyone on Linux has anyone been able to fix the Config Override Issue?

I haven't heard of anyone running CFS3 in Linux, but there is a gotcha in cfs3config where, having set the overrides you want, you have to exit via File/Exit or the changes won't be saved. I have no idea if this will help, but give it a try.
