little help

ok guys and gals have run into a problem(see pics) Have removed the alpha channel(no joy) used mdlmat- removed blocks, but tires got to pot. I know its hard by looking at a picture, but any ideas. I am open to all suggestions.

Just wondering, are there any 'decal' textures or anything with printing or insignia, etc in the texture folder? Looks like a missing texture bmp. Other than that, I don't have a clue.

...any Japanese stuff in the works? ...or should we just swap the stars for red target dots w/ DXTBmpx...
