LM KC-130 drogue and reel animation

Anyone get this to work? I copied the CS panel.cfg entries over but only get a black rectangle for the pop up. The CS refuel gauge should not work anyway in 64 bit. There is a new LM weapons gauge in P3D for the AC model it seems.

the panel.cfg entry for the refuel gauge
is and have to be in P3Dv4+
