Loaded clean CFS3 and installed MAW tonight with one problem

I opened MAW Theatre and flew one mission then shut it down.

When I opened MAW for second time the following dialogue box opened: "Another copy of CFS3 is already running."

I closed the dialogue box but MAW did not start.

Could someone please tell me where is messed up!

I don't know where and I don't know how fast you were at re-starting CFS3 but I get that often when using the model viewer. To close the process, open the Windows Taskmanager (CTL ALT Delete), go to the process-tab and end the process. It's all I can do to help you. But give CFS3 at least a couple of seconds to close the process by itself before trying to re-start the thing (doesn't work for my problem, though).

To correctly end CFS3 you use control+shift+q while in the game.Will solve all problems of shutting down.
