Local Legend 23 - Inibuilds Fokker Friendship

Currently on sale in the Marketplace for $12.99. down from $19.99 (US). The cockpit pics look to be up to Ini's usual quality. There looks to be a switchable GPS unit at the top of the glare shield too. If someone picks this up, let me know if there's any kind of auto-flight system. Even if I wait and miss the sale, at 20 bucks, it's still a good deal if it meets my simming needs.

My one concern is if they got the engine sounds right this time. Their YS-11 uses the same family of engine, but the exterior sounds on that one have been a major disappointment. One odd thing - there's luggage in the overhead bins, but no passengers. I also haven't found a manual yet.

Here's their trailer video:

Just read in the MS forum that there's only one white livery in the 2020 version. I guess more and more we're becoming the red-headed step children of the flight sim world.

I've done two flights with it so far in FS24, and there'll be many more - it's a keeper.
It's Inibuilds high quality inside and out, there's optional GNS430/GTN650 GPS and a basic autopilot, no manual yet but I expect one soon.
Inibuilds standard Simbrief link is built-in and required for accurate navigation - the default MSFS flight plans aren't really compatible.
The sounds are pretty good and in FS24 you can add passengers via the default EFB, open both doors and select ground equipment etc.
Main thread for all opinions good and bad is here: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/msfs2024-fokker-f27-friendship/760999/71

The Marketplace Previews show only one Livery which is the white one which was the cause I first hestiated to purchase for MSFS2020 but it includes more

Been to that thread. I asked why the 2020 version was so stripped down. I don't anticipate getting an answer.
Because 2024 is the current sim version. Which has more features. I’m actually impressed MS is still bothering to support the previous rev. They don’t do that with their other products like Forza, etc.
