Lod 8.5 in Milford Sound with Orbx NZ and perfect smoothness

Picture doesn't do it justice.

- zero traffic of any kind (seems to be a key for both the high LOD and smoothness)
- max REX clouds
- max REX water
- water one less than max in FSX
- TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=4096
- LOD 8.5 (tested in payware Anacortes as well with Skagit- anomalies only for first 5 seconds while its loading then perfect forever)
- Venetubo's tweaks and others as per my guide

Just amazingly smooth with TrackIR and high def paint for Ant's Tiger Moth.

So what I am proposing is drop all traffic and increase your LOD and see if you like the results.

I would say it depends on what Aircraft you use. Ants Tiger Moth is pretty Frame friendly, i used it for my European Tour with Tile Proxy and had always sharp and crispy Textures. Do the same with one of the latest Carenado Planes or something faster.....

Also helps when you have an Overclocked 2600K and 580 running with a SSD.

Nice picture though, and the scenery does look nice.

Cheers.
