We've had to change the download speed and consecutive downloads because we have a couple of leechers on the site.

That shouldn't happen anymore. If it does, please report it.

Yup as Jan said since the server crash a couple of weekends ago we have been trying to implement safeguards to make sure it happens less frequently, The very recent lockouts could have been from when we had to reboot the system repeatedly after making software changes and adding updates and then testing and repeating. Hopefully things will settle down again now. Downloaders were making multiple concurrent downloads that were bringing the system to it's knees so as Jan said we had to implement limits unfortunately for the benefit of all.
