London in CFS2

What is the best add-on/set of addons for London/Great Britain Landmarks? I have come to see that I have accumulated a variety of sets, but I don;t know which one(s) are currently applicable.

You will need Robert John's London landmarks as well.

Now am I correct that the GSL files tagged as WW1 and WW2 offer different time period renditions of the areas depending on which one is selected??

The readme doesn't call this out, so I am guessing.

By the way, could you tell me where to get the following objects?

It's a CFS1 library object which was originally named Mark_4, extracted as a single object about 10 years ago. Here it is for now but I will add it to CFS2 Library Objects Expansion package.
