Fascinating! I thought the Cenotaph was larger than what is shown in this film. I'm only guessing, never having been to Britain or London (and only seeing the South coast briefly from the air), but I would guess urban renewal plus WWII experience has undoubtedly removed a lot of what is seen in this film. The "Wendy" at the Peter Pan statue would be in her mid to late 90s now, if she's still around.
