Seeing the excellent range of suggestions on this thread reminds me of another great bipe that seems not to have been mentioned here yet - Dave Molyneaux's De Havilland DH-89 Dragon Rapide. Can even be had equipped with floats and a Queen Charlotte Airlines paint-job, perfect for PNW flights around Vancouver Island and the BC coast.
