LOOKING FOR R-2916 UN MARKED BALLON!..

On the Miami Sec. Chart its clearly marked..Restricted,Prohibited,Alert Area!.I fly the Keys a lot.It was indicated in other early flight Sim.Not FS9.I think?.I recall seeing it..A t 14000, at N24 42 05 W 81 30 31...A Cable attached Ballon at Cudioe Key...Ques. is Does anyone other than me know of this Ballon? And if there is a way to plant one there in FSX!?..Any Thought,Ideas Will be appreciated.Vin

Use to live in KW during the early 1970's when I was a Navy Jet Mechanic on the RA5C-Vigilante. We moved from NAS Albany to NAS Key West in Jan 1974
I remember that tethered balloon right before we left in 1978.....Rumor was it had something to do with listening in to the neighbor 90 miles to the South-just reporting what I heard

Wife and I were in the Keys this past February and the balloon was there in the morning and when we left at 5 Pm it was pulled in

Thanx..When I flew there it was on my mind...In the Sim World I believe it was included in FS2002....I was wondering if A D/L for this to up grade FSX...We Shall See..Have Fun Vin!!
