Lost ability to pan using numeric keypad

For some mysterious reason I have lost the ability to pan using the numeric keypad. It happened one day about a month ago and no matter what I have tried I cannot get it back.

Would running the Client again fix it or would I need to run the Content module as well?

Any help appreciated.

It's a known bug with 4.2. It'll be fixed in the next release apparently, according to the LM forum.
