Lost ATC Sound and Text

Just wondering if any has a solution to fix this problem. I recently re-installed the flight sim and added some pay ware and freeware aircraft, I fired up the sim and lost the atc sound and text. The ATC window text is still their. I've deleted the FSX.cfg and let it rebuild, but that didn't do anything. Thanks for your help. I'm also getting a fatal error and it's point to the visualfx.dll
