Lost Files

I've been away from CFS2 for a while, but I take it this site was hacked and some files were lost?
At one time, I was really into CFS2 and downloaded a lot of files. I have about 20G worth, over 16,000 files. If there are files that people may want and I have them, I would be happy to make the files available, if there wouldn't be any issues with the author.

Okay, I have some of the files. I marked the ones I have on the list attached to this post.
Might be best if somebody tells me what to do with them.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, I have some of these missing files. How should I go about getting them to SOH?

Allow Me, Rami !

Greetings Nomad;

At the top of the page here, NOTE the 'Warbird's Library' link - click it, and select the 'Add-Ons Index'.

When you're magically transported to the next page, click the RED 'UPLOAD Add-Ons' link, and follow the instructions you find there.

Please be aware that the ACTUAL FILE NAME in the Name slot is generally preferred, and a description can be a snippet of the original Read-Me file, showing a credit to the original file creator if possible.

An example photo is a nice addition [when available]; and you MUST select the appropriate file type / location [CFS2 / Planes-British, etc] for the whole process to be effective. The more exact you can be, the better !

Thanks for your help in restoring the Outhouse Library ! :wavey:

Nomad13,

Sorry about being so busy the last couple of days! sc7500's response is exactly correct. I have nothing further to add. Let me know if you have any problems!

Do you still need to be accepted for uploading files? I sailed right thru (a few years ago) but I hear that others have had some problems.

Thanks guys
I've been away from the forum for awhile, I am a little unsure of the protocol. After all, I didn't do any of the work, I just saved the files. I'm happy to help out, but I don't want to cause any problems.
I'll try and upload those files straightaway. Wish I had more of the lost files.

i'm gonna guess this is the reason why i got an email from henry saying i'd uploaded a cfs2 skin from years ago when i didnt actually upload anything? :)

either way you can now cross off f4f4_wildcat_t.zip from cfs2 skins - american :wavey:

To all,

Nomad13 uploaded another couple solid handfuls of older aircraft and repaints, (Thanks!) so they've been taken off and the list has been updated again.
