One of my all-time favorite DJ's was Pat Patterson, host of the WKIX Morning Drive show. One of his contributions to insanity was the (in)famous "Fundermotz Airlines."
Another great was "Two Flags Over Fuquay" (making fun of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina)...
