MAAM HH-52 Seaguard Project?

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe all of the MAAM simulator projects were officially killed off some time ago.
 
The MAAM DC-3 (actually an R4D-6) was first modeled for FS2000, upgraded for FS2002 and then extensively reworked and made payware for FS2004. It has since been further ported over to FSX. It is a really nice model, but is a bit dated. While still offered for sale, it has limited technical support.

Manfred Jahn's C-47 v3.14 is Native FSX and works fine in P3D v4. It is a worthy successor to the MAAM R4D-6, and is freeware.

Try it, it's here in the SOH Library, as well as about everywhere else. There are even two very nice MAAM R4D-6 repaints available for Manfred's C-47 v3. It is also very well supported as a current ongoing project! I have all versions of the MAAM R4D-6 and also fly Manfred's C-47.

That aside, I also would appreciate an FSX version of the Sikorsky HH-52A.

It certainly was !

The more if you take into account that it was the very first digital model work by the developer, Ron Hagen, who became a good friend. But azflyboy is right, when we closed doors, Ron's HH-52 project came to a halt as well.

Mind you, he contacted us (Maam-Sim) just because MAAM has a HH-52 Seaguard in its collection. Later on Ron decided to join us so it would become an original Maam-Sim product. Somewhere around that time Hansi, who was going to do the programming, also disappeared so the future of Ron's HH-52 project started to looked bleak already.

IIRC Ron had a traveling job, we were in contact very much off and on and i did not hear from him again after Maam-Sim closed doors. Keep a sharp look out, it may just so happen that Ron found another programmer and might still be working on his beloved HH-52 pet project.
