Mag feed back tree converting for the seasons

Robert John

Charter Member
Hi all,

Just inquiring about the tree conversions for the seasons.

Have anyone converted trees for the seasons for the ETO, using the information in issue 4.

I have not heard of any problems so I am thinking every thing is ok, or is it to complicated.

I am getting some feed back from the download counter at the hosting site,

Are you finding the magazine helpful?

Robert John,

My sincerest apologies for letting this slip by. I will give the magazine a read-through and respond ASAP. If memory serves me correctly, the Eastern Front scenery had a batch file to allow you to shift between summer and winter textures. I don't know if you could do the same for trees. PSULLYKEYS, a while back, knew how to make snow effects, which was pretty cool.

However, he had a falling out with another member a while back, and we lost him. 'Tis a shame, he was a class act.

Maybe by analyzing and toying with his "snow effect," (page 3) it might give you a clue.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help, mon ami.

Cheers,
