Malinowski's B-24 Won't show up

OK guys, I'm pulling my hair out here - all of the files and folders are in place, and it is activated in ACMAN, which sees it, but it won't show in the sim? What am I missing here? (It's "The Dragon and His Tail")

Hi Ghostrider,
I thinks his sounds were aliased - do you still have the aircraft it is aliased to ?
