Chicago winter weather was never kind to the Austin Healeys. Or any other British sports cars. Within a few years massive corrosion and rust would appear along the fenders, rocker panels,...and doors. The undercarriages would begin to look like Swiss cheese.....
my beef was always about Lucas electronics.
Can't disagree with that Brad. I have owned 3 AH's (a '60 Sprite, a '60 3000, and a '56 100-4) and my beef was always about Lucas electronics. But it is very hard to beat the lines of the AH 3000 with any car, then or today.
