Manhattan at night

After a hard night working on Max I decided to go for a little pleasure flight. I hadnt checked out Manhattan X at night yet so I fired up my R44 & departed the 30th street heliport.

1st shot is as I am heading north along the Hudson. After I made a circuit of the north stretch of the island I had the bright I idea that they may have actually put fireworks in the scenery. I reset the date & time to 5mins before midnight Dec 31st. 2nd shot Low & behold I wasnt disappointed.

Last shot is best seat in the house.

After circling the fireworks for a little while I headed to the Manhattan downtown helipad & landed.

Outstanding...I never knew there were fireworks......:applause:
