I'm not an expert, but I don't think you CAN in FSX. Anybody else chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

Fly Tampa did an excellent add-on scenery for FS2004/FSX/P3D back in the day that covered Princess Juliana/St.Maarten (TNCM), St.Barts (TFFJ) and Saba (SABA/TNCS). I flew many flights in many aircraft between those three airports! It was way better for TFFJ than the FSX stock airport. I think it's still available from some sellers too.
