I had the same problem. It is the Gnoopy B-29, and the folder must be named "b-29_celestial_queen", then it works.
By the way, I didn´t find any entries for the airbases.dat file in the download. So, while I checked out the new bases I wrote down the coordinates for one runway at each. If anyone can use them, i´ll attach them to this post.
Just copy the contents of the text file to the end of your airbases. dat. Make sure that the little square marker remains at the end. Replace the xx in [runway.xx] with the next higher runway number in your file. In the line id=xxxx, enter a uniqe 4-letter number in place of the x´s. It is important to make sure there are no duplicate id numbers in the file!
