Marker Beacons in CFS2?

Hi Folks,
Has anyone managed to get marker beacons to work in CFS2? The ILS localizer and glide slope both work but not the markers. If there is DME co-located, that works as well.

The reason I ask is because I'm helping Martin Klein upgrade the conversion of Ted Cook's Short Stirling. Martin has been getting all the FS2004 features plus more working in CFS2.

The Stirling was equipped with a blind/beam approach beacon system (BABS). The BABS was a radar instrument landing system. Ted Cook based his BABS gauge on an FS2004 ILS gauge.

We've been testing with FS2000 ILS and MKB files. I intend to install BABS/ILS at some RAF aerodromes.

Problem solved!

Aussie had the marker beacons working at Sydney Airport so I took the Stirling there but had no joy.

I decided it must be the aircraft causing the problem. It was fixed by simply going into the air file avionics section and turning the OMI switch on. o_O:stupid:
 
Elementary...my dear KD...nicely worked out.

In the sims the ac.cfg and the DP are well understood, but the animation coding of the models and airfiles are not, it's a shame there's no definitive info on them.
