Marketplace Purchase Location Change

Apologies if this has been asked before .....

Can you move market place purchased airports from the default location to another, then use the Addon Linker to bring into use as required ?

I have MSFS 2020 (Steam) on a 1TB SSD that has a few other bits on, but with all the updates etc its getting a touch full. I've just added a 2TB SSD and would quite like to copy/cut and paste the small number of purchased airports to the new drive. I've located the purchases in Users/"ME"/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft Flight Simulator/Packages/Official/Steam but is it really that simple to move ?

Any experience / wisdom going ?

There was a thread about this in the 2024 board:

If the files are encrypted, you probably don't have any choice but to keep them in the default location. But - and I've never tried this - if nothing in the package has an *.fsarchive filetype, you may be able to move it around. My suggestion would be to give it a shot. If the scenery doesn't show outside the default location, then move it back.
