a little help for a dope.....i cant..for the life of me,get that file to show on Avsim..im logged in,ive done the search in the entire data base to just FSX repaints...cant get a hit of any kind.....wheres she hiding please?

I found it by using only Martin etc. instead of the long name mentioned in the post...
Instead of the "virtavia_martin_mars_paa_v1.0.zip" just use
"martin_mars_paa_v1.0" (no .zip either)

Seems the library's search function is busted......I'll drop the library staff an e-mail to find out what is going on. As gaucho_59 said just type in Martin, as you should find a bunch of Martin Mars repaints.

virtavia_martin_mars_bra_v2.0.zip

I am trying to see if it is just an issue in finding the PAA zip file noted in my original post above.

This links surely works... on FSX Library.... I got to it on FS9 Library before... didn't work as such... but did bring it up skipping the virtavia, etc.

Did Pan Am ever fly these? I have been hoping for an updated Pan Am Clipper, but this might do in a pinch. Other than than, How is the Mars?

No, other than the U.S. NAVY, the only other use has been as a water bomber out of Canada.

It's your repaints Tommy, that keep me flying the Mars as the vc is rather dated now. Btw no vc shadows in Dx10.

The good thing about FSX native models is that you can update / upgrade the VC without touching the exterior model. So there is some hope down the road...
