It's about time I spilt the beans about this tricky little file manipulation from Martin Wright.
Way back when, MW wrote me this custom little modified file to alias any 'STOCK' object DP to any other STOCK dp. It's very versatile really, once as an experiment I set up a tent as a bomb, carried it on a corsair wing and dropped on some buildings and blew them all to hell (with a stock tent aliased as a bomb).
I think this may be the only utility of it's kind...only coded to work with Stock library objects.
