MASKRIDER AIRFIELDS.

can't recall if any of you have maybe answered this, but I have all MR airfields installed. I put in Rhumbafallpys' LOD and Dvslats tex 1-3 and now I have rivers running through some of the bases. In particular PI Calapan, Capiz and some others. Another strange thing is I can land a P-40 on the river and when I shoot the water I get dirt clouds. When I shoot known water offshore I get the water hits. Is this a result of the LODs, the placement of the fields or some confusion in textures?
(This post has been edited, after posting, to reflect some new observations)

Did you use the water masks (I think that's the name)? I think they can give ya a problem, usually a double coastline or something. I used Dvslats textures alone, and they worked great, he just put out a new set, and they work fine also. :salute::ernae:

TEXTURES

Marie, I had the watermasks in, but double coastline was not the problem. In fact no shore line showed. Just jungle to the water.
DSlats; removing the LODs moved the base in-land and out of the swamps,( honestly forgot they were in!) but now I have sawtooth coastline. Any ideas?

The MR PI 1 and 2 and many of his older bases will only be compatible with the stock coastlines. That is why you have a problem.

THANKS ALL

guys;
Thanks for the responses. I finally found the spot on a forum where MR addressed this issue.
It is as SW said. The older bases only fit the stock with Pactex 1 which he used to design them an Rhumbas LODs need some more work for beaches to be applied.
:salute:

BTW I have upgraded the website a little further in an effort to further clarify the waters from muddy to merely murky.
