• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

man...does it ever.....one of the best looking, easy on the FPS mods out there.....every time I fly it I'm astonished by the polished nature of the whole set up.....so glad to see MAW finally getting some attention.....thanks LED for the mission pak...they're very fine indeed!

wellll.....

just for the b-24 alone it'd be worth it....tried OFF MP...boys of 60...and it was so chaotic I gave it up...maybe time to try again w/ MAW.....where do I sign up please...if you'll have me? Thanks....GAW

We fly OFF on weekends too, but it's a bit slow this time of year. I've developed a pair of British Airships and made a 12 mission mini-campaign. It's been a blast! Here's a video: http://tinypic.com/r/9zrq04/5

That's the Firepower B-24 w/custom skin. If you have Firepower your good to go, I can supply you with the conversion. If not we'll fly without it and wait for the one being developed here.

MAW is absolutely the best WW2 sim/mod developed..IMHO!

been busy modeling and testing my work in ETO lately.
need to skin up some of my models for the desert now!
 
spawns of this package have no affect to MAW as none of them replace existing ones.

There is also no affect to the aircraft damages except for one CR42 as an alternate xdp file is provided but it's not necessary to install it to play the missions. But, if someone decide to do so, there is just one file to backup as explained in the readme.
 
Ah ok, so appologies then.
I remember that the creator of those missions back then announced to turn it all over while he was running a pissing campaign against the desert rats because some of his approaches where not approved by the team so the stuff was not included to the release.
Good to hear that he reconsidered and made it widestly compatible. ;)

Vogel....I do have Firepower but uninstalled it years ago....wasn't mad for some of its parts...I would however like to drag the b-24 out of it at least....how would one go about that? Love the airships!

Can you re-install your Firepower into a stock CFS3 install? If so PM me and I'll verfiy that you have it and send you the conversion. Then you can drop one more folder into your MAW aircraft folder and you're done.
 
I still fly MAW also even though I'm more into the Pacific.The Med is my second fav ops area.
