Description: Maxstuka SHIPS IMPROVEMENTS

It is the attempt to add improvements and arrangements in some ships to get more functionality in cfs2.

The idea of this pack is get ships of WWI

There is a difference between exact values and gameplay as the theory vs the practice.Many times the real values put in CFS2 not work as expected. I have tested many times starting and leave the game to insane levels to calibrate this, winning playability, this is the key to extend the emotion and simulation.First I renamed all this models with the best way to evade the mdlnames file,and following the form of Microsoft names each object. I am happy to see the WWI era ships added in this thread but wanted to comment on the picture thumbnail of the SMS Sharnhorst, which was one of two ships of its class, that were part of Von Spee's doomed squadron in the Pacific. Prior to the war it was painted with the white hull and buff/tan superstructure ..during the war it was painted with the standard gray, but you have shown a green toned paint scheme that is not accurate. Is this just a case of the thumbnail or is the actual model that way too? i dont have CFS2 installed currently but wanted to ask ..as this is one of my all time favorite AC ship classes and am very happy to see a model of her. thanks for your hard work

Hi, Allen repaint the deck of Indianapolis of Virtual Navy

the cables of the antenna, the crane and the bars of the catapult did not come out
in the conversion, the .mdl weighs less but I don't know if it can get better fps
in quantity than with the original.

thanks to allen, the deck was excellent, nothing to do with having a single color ugly.

the original Vn indianapolis has not deck texture , It is a material one only color bits, It was ugly, now you can fly and see the blue wood texture in the model, like the uss fleet of maxstuka ship pack.

Indianapolis, can find like the portland class II.

it would be left to correct the damage in the future.For example this Portland
it is difficult to destroy the same with the new mexico battleships and perhlharbor ships.

I dropped with Allen A6M8 zero 12 bombs of 500kg in the deck of new mexico and tennesse and the ships
weren't shot down

But for example the brooklin II have a corret damage, you can sunk ok this ship.
 
Problem with the damage

I see the .dp of Indianapolis Portland II ,and the damage are Ok.I do not understand why I can not sunk the ship.
Any can test and help.

The damage is the same of the portland stock of cfs2 that it is easy sunk.
 
I sunk the portland stock with aprox 8 bombs of 500kg in the A6M8 zero.I am testing the new portland, I sunk it with 2x250kg bombs of george japan aircraft but I do not remember the quantitys.
