• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

mb problem

when i go to load mb i get a message saying"failed to initialize databases.you might need to reinstall this product as some files are missing or damaged"now it work a minute ago but i have since downloaded the tl crew files and installed them and thats when the problem started.the game proper loads ok.any ideas how to fix?
 
Check your aircraft folder first, you may have gone over the plane limit for CFS2,then if that is not the problem start checking other DLs you installed.:typing:

In order to fix it, you'll need to follow these steps.

1) You'll need to replace your "corrupted" quick combat file with a "clean" stock version.

2) You'll need to delete all the "filelist" files in the corrupted install. (You can use windows search for this)

3) You'll need to delete all the .cdp files (Again, you can use windows search for this)

Then, double check to make sure that your aircraft and ships are below 100.
