MB Problems

I am having a problem is I can`t bring up the MB. I put in / BUILDER: and Win 7 says it is invalid. What am I doing wrong?
 
The space. The code is "C:\Some Folder\Some Folder\Combat Flight Simulator 2\cfs2.exe" /BUILDER:
